About Your Visit

Our receptionist will call to confirm your visit with us one day before your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, we require 24-hour cancellation notice or we must charge you for all spa services. 

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for your full enjoyment of your service. This time has been specifically set aside for only you. A late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, including debit cards.

  • We accept personal checks. (all returned checks there will be a $35.00 fee)

  • Parental consent is needed for anyone under 18 who is receiving spa services.

  • Any unused products purchased from the spa still in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice
